About the book
CATCH is a trilogy that explores the dynamics of big emotions through three unique perspectives: the fish, the net, and the fisherman—each an essential part of the concept of “catching” in sea. Written in the form of a journal, CATCH invites readers to reflect on their experiences of big and scary emotions, delving into them from three different unconventional angles. Together or separately, these perspectives offer a holistic way to cast back on many big emotions, such as loss, shame, helplessness and many other “human” experiences.
